Please note that due to the intrinsic nature of glass our guarantee does not cover glass breakage or scratches. In addition, while all care is taken in regard to plumbing behind walls and tiles, we can take no responsibility for these factors as unknown pre-existing conditions, that we have no control over, can detrimentally affect the new installation.
Frameless Shower Screens are not fully sealed units and as such mild water spillage is common. Shower head placement, as well as other factors, contribute to the amount of spill experienced. If a new build, please confer with your builder for the best shower layout to minimise spillage with a frameless screen.
Finally, please be aware that movement in walls is not an uncommon event. While we stand by our guarantee, in regard to workmanship and hardware, we cannot cover maintenance costs incurred resulting from movements in your walls. Generally, a normal call out fee will apply in this instance to assess the suitability of polishing the edges of your glass to the new shape.
A fee will apply for the actual polishing should it be required.

We can apply a coating to your new screen, Vitroglaze. This seals the porous surface of the glass. The best way to keep your new screen sparkling is to rinse off soap and shampoo etc. with water after showering. A squeegee is great to remove excess water. Clean regularly with simple dishwashing detergent, rinse and wipe dry. Microfiber cloths are the best and easiest to use.
Please note that due to the intrinsic nature of glass our guarantee does not cover glass breakage or scratches. If within 10 years of installation an issue arises with one of our shower screens due to installation or hardware we will rectify the problem promptly.
Additionally, while all care is taken in the measuring and installation of your glass, we can take no responsibility for plumbing behind walls and tiles. These are unknown factors that we have no control over. Particularly with a new bathroom, noting the position of pipes etc can pre-empt any issues on installation. Advise at the time of measuring so we can adjust the position of holes and hinge cut outs to suit.
Finally, please be aware that movement in walls is not an uncommon event. While we stand by our guarantee in regard to workmanship and hardware, we cannot cover maintenance costs incurred resulting from movements in your walls. Generally a call out fee and and cost to either polish down glass if required or re-adjust hinges will apply in this instance.
