''I have been dealing with Pride since 1996 and they have and still do provide the single most outstanding service in shower screens and wardrobes. From the prompt measure to the final installation their speed and quality can only be revered by their competitors. If you want my referral you'll get it every time, I have sadly tried the competition twice and each time it cost me time and money. I have undertaken this review as have recently discovered the power of true local and have just had the pleasure of having another shower screen installed on one of my renovations. My jobs run smooth from start to finish and the last and most crucial part is the shower screen and mirror which is the last item fitted, which is always fitted spot on because it was measured and manufactured the same way. I use Pride because I don't need to supervise them and I rarely need anymore than a phone call and leave them to it. "I was looking for some sliding doors for a wardrobe (including top and bottom rails). I looked at across the road and was not happy as the doors were 60 cm from the ceiling. I went to the Pride show room and the guy there was useful. I was very happy when the quote was 25% cheaper than the other store products I was looking at (also better quality). I was even more happy because the doors are made onsite I was able to get them made to the size I wanted (less wasted space). I was told 1-2 days someone will call. 21 hours later I was called and said the doors are ready for pick up. Due to my laziness I discovered the top rail would not fit as the walls were closer together near the ceiling. So my top rail was 25 mm too long. I took it back and asked if they could cut it. In under 2 minutes I was off with my re-sized top rail". Spirit
"I wouldn't normally write reviews, or even read reviews to be honest, but I would like to pass on my recommendation. My partner and I have just finished renovations on our apartment, and it seemed that every single thing went wrong. The walls were crooked, the floor wasn't level for our floor boards, and the whole thing took twice the expected time (and almost twice the price). It was such a relief however to get towards the end of the project, and finally encounter a company (Pride Design) who performed exactly what they promised, on time, no hidden costs. The rep came out at 7am to suit my schedule and took me through every wardrobe option. She offered advice and tips, showing a level of customer service that i had not yet encountered in the building industry. My very modern, custom designed new wardrobe was installed two months ago, and I am extremely satisfied with it. As a young couple at the beginning of our home-making lives, we will continue to use, and to recommend Pride Design to all of our friends".

From the moment I rang they were professional and helpful, the sales lady took a long time discussing my needs with me and then designed a wardrobe that suited me perfectly. I had had other quotes where the sales people just raced in and out, told me what I could have without any consultation and were gone, by contrast the experience with Pride was very personal. Installation went without a hitch, they arrived when they said they would. It was all very easy and un stressful, I'm thrilled with the end product, the quality surpasses any of the wardrobes I saw in other showrooms (admittedly their showroom/factory is a little tricky to find) and I would, and have done, recommend them to anyone".
