* Please note that due to the intrinsic nature of glass our guarantee does not cover glass breakage or scratches. If within 10 years of installation an issue arises with one of our shower screens due to installation or hardware we will rectify the problem promptly.
Additionally, while all care is taken in the measuring and installation of your glass, we can take no responsibility for plumbing behind walls and tiles. These are unknown factors that we have no control over. Particularly with a new bathroom, noting the position of pipes etc can pre-empt any issues on installation. Advise at the time of measuring so we can adjust the position of holes and hinge cut outs to suit.
Finally, please be aware that movement in walls is not an uncommon event. While we stand by our guarantee in regard to workmanship and hardware, we cannot cover maintenance costs incurred resulting from movements in your walls. Generally a call out fee and and cost to either polish down glass if required or re-adjust hinges will apply in this instance
