Do you provide safety glass?

Yes. All our glass is Grade A toughened safety glass, manufactured in Australia and fully compliant with Australian Standard AS1288-2006. A Certificate of Conformance is provided on request.

What thickness of glass do you use?

• Framed and Semi-Frameless Screens: 6 mm
• Screens Over a Bath: 6 mm or 10 mm (optional)
• Frameless Floor-to-Ceiling Screens: 10 mm

Are your shower screens custom-made?

Absolutely. Every shower screen is custom-made to suit your specific bathroom layout. We cut glass to fit out-of-square walls and uneven floors—nothing is pre-fabricated or off-the-shelf.

What types of doors are available?

We offer a range of door styles to suit all layouts and preferences, including:

• Frameless hinged doors
• Pivot doors (framed or semi-frameless)
• Sliding doors (framed, semi-frameless, or frameless)

What is a semi-frameless shower screen?

Our semi-frameless screens feature a perimeter frame only, with no vertical framing on the sides of fixed panels. In our Evolution Series, the frame is limited to the wall, floor, and top, while the door is completely frameless, giving a clean and modern look.

Do corner shower screens need to be set at 135 degrees?

No. While most frameless hinges are designed for 90°, 135°, or 180° angles, we can custom-make hinges to suit almost any angle. Your screen will be tailored precisely to your space.

Do you remove old shower screens?

Yes, we offer a complete removal and disposal service of your existing shower screen as part of the installation.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. We offer a 10-year warranty on all framework, pivot systems, and workmanship.

Please note:

• The warranty does not cover glass breakage or scratches, as these are inherent risks with glass products.
• Frameless screens are not fully sealed, and minor water spillage is common depending on layout and showerhead positioning.
• For new builds, we recommend consulting your builder to ensure optimal placement to reduce potential spillage.
• Movement in walls can occasionally occur over time. While we cover workmanship and hardware, maintenance due to wall movement is not included. A call-out fee and polishing or adjustment costs may apply in such cases.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes. Visit our showroom Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 4:00 pm. Onsite customer parking is available.

How do I clean my shower screen?

We recommend applying VITROglaze® to your screen for easier cleaning and long-term protection. This treatment bonds to the glass surface, forming a permanent barrier against soap scum and mineral build-up.

Please also note:

• We take great care during measuring and installation, but we cannot be responsible for plumbing or tiles hidden behind walls, as these are outside of our control.
• If you are aware of plumbing or piping issues, please inform us during the quoting or measuring stage so we can make the necessary adjustments.
